Starting the change

i’m sick of hating my body and being self conscious and i want to wear nice clothes!

So i’m starting the Dukan Diet, a high protein, low fat, and incredibly low carb Diet .

Why Protein?  Proteins (as i understand it) not only makes you feel fuller, so you’ll eat less, but they all require more energy to digest! Meaning that you will burn more calories by a bodily function  that you would do anyway.

I tired this last year but was not very strict about it, I lost and kept off 6kg.

I then saw my sister and my uncle, who were both incredible strict about it loss about 20kg each and kept it off. 

So I have started the first phase,  5 days of nothing but protein.

I’ll let you know how it all goes!
